Basic Info BioTo give it a try...
I am a 23 years old, german, female, computer science student.
Currently I write my Thesis in a softwarecompany called SAP (gerat place to work!)
Why I write this (and most my posts) in english?
Becaus I like the language!
It's easy to learn (compared to most european languages I tried), most people understand it and the spelling doesn't creep me out to much ^^
(I hate spelling in ANY language... -_- I only got more or less good marks in tests that included spelling parts, because they also included grammer parts.. and there I was able to achive enough points to pass. Best example in one of my german-tests: Spelling: 5 (E), Grammer: 1(A), Endresult: 3(C))
What else could I write... right! Hobbys:
I am still an Anime/Manga fan, although not as active as a few years ago. (Nowadays it's nearly exclusively OnePiece, Hellsing and Chis sweet home)
I also enjoy American-Comics, here: X-Men, Gen13, Birds of Prey, stuff with a female herione that is able to interest me. But here too, I am not so active anymore.
In addition I like rolleplaying (the good old pen and paper style) and there mostly DSA.
Everything to do with my dear PC can be considerd a hobby too, I guess ^^ I love to upgrade my machine for example (A nice 2TB[TERRAByte]is currently insinde my BigTower and it's still not enough! *g*) and of course I will install everything (from a new motherboard to a ne OS) myself! (so much for girls, that don't know squat about computers, hah!)
Activitys:
Once a month I help out at the "KoelnerAnimeTreffen". It's a Club for Anime/Manga Fans (yeah, I said I am not very active, but it's great to meet the poeple!)
Once a year I also am a voluntray helper a the Connichi (germanys largest Anime/Manga Convention, that is solely planed by fans and the second largest Convention of that sort in germany total) (not beeing very active in the Anime/Manga Community does start to sound a bit ridiculous even to me...)
Well.. in adition to all that I like Civilisation IV and try to play it against a few collouges around here in my spare time.
Up until very recently I also played World of Warcraft (One lvl 70 BT-Equipt Gnome-Rogue on Antonidas).
Well, I guess that really is enough for now ^^
